Here is a 1988 CD by the Talking Heads called Naked.  Eleven songs which I hope you can see on the back of the CD cover photo.  The side seam shows the label as FLY/SIRE, but also on the back cover it was manufactured for BMG Direct Marketing, Inc.  There is a 16-sided pamphlet included with 12 of those page sides being the lyrics to the songs.  One page is info on the band. Rest are the general cover pictures of the monkey and the forest and 1 photo page of the band.  Tina Weymouth and David Byrne and Jerry Harrison and Chris Frantz are the band people besides many others and that is shown in the pamphlet booklet, too.

The CD cover has a few light scratches on the front and back cover.  This is a used CD, but very lightly played.  The CD is in pretty good shape, just a few really light small scratches that did not do anything to affect the sound performance.  Managed to get 2 pics here of a little bit of the scratches.    And here's about a minute audio/video of several song sections I video recorded on my iPhone when it was in the CD attached to my laptop.
