Purchase
Once the order is placed, we will promptly send the item to our trusted distribution partner for careful inspection and dispatch. Our distribution partner ensures that your item is in excellent condition before it is transported via air freight, using trackable methods to provide you with updates on the delivery process.
Delivery
While our typical delivery time is generally around 2 weeks, please note that this can vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit. Nonetheless, we always do our best to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of costumes from us on eBay. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 48 hours of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
1. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. The item must not have been worn or used in any way and is in resalable condition.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our refund criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to show up on your account.
