The Logo Detective, Matt Bruback, is the creator of the Universal Comic Guide Catalog (UCGC). The UCGC is a method to catalog the order of comic book brand emblems based on their copyright date, publication date, and alphabetical order. Archivist Joshua Nunez of Inveniem LLC has validated the UCGC as being accurate to an academic standard.
