Costume is made of stretch velveteen and fake fur. It is new but there are a few places where the seam needs resewing. Very easy fix for anyone with a sewing machine, or a needle and thread, or fabric glue. 

Racy Racoon costume includes dress, tail, headdress, stockings and mask. 

Dress measures as follows:

Bust: 34 inches and stretches 1 to 2 inches comfortably, 

Waist: 33 inches and stretches 1 or two inches comfortably.

Length: 32 inches from mid shoulder to bottom of fur hem.
