We do express delivery for all items but sometimes there may be delays in transit. We are happy to follow up if item/s won't have arrived on ETA mentioned in the listings. This might happen for a few locations like outer WA, NT, or Far North QLD. Please
expect a couple of days more delay on ETA mentioned for customers who are located above areas.
Q: Are all images used generic?
A: No, not all images used are generic. Some images used are for illustrative purposes only. If you would like to see an actual or missing picture, please ask us before you commit to buying. We will provide it as soon as possible. We do not hold responsibility
for missing, distorted, or generic after you have received the item/s due to failure to do so. If there are images of tyres with rims in the tyres listings, please note that the rim won't be included in the sale.
Q: Are there any acronyms used in the listings?
A: They might be used so please ask for the meaning of them if you are unsure. For example, if you have seen AO, MO, RO1, RO2, MO1, WSW, RWL, BSL, or more and you are not sure about them, please ask for the meaning. Failure to do that, we won't be responsible.
Q: Is fitting/balancing free?
A: Yes, it's free for in-store customers who can come to our stores. We can't give any discounts to whoever can't come to our stores to get them fitted/balanced.

A: When wheels and tyres on a car are changed, this can alter its legality on the road. It is the vehicle owners' responsibility to contact relevant road and traffic authorities prior to the modifications being undertaken to see if they are permitted.
