Up for sale is a completed, hand crafted, mounted and framed Needlepoint Picture from JCA Inc. Needle Treasures Collection designed by Conn Baker Gibney. The Title is THE TIGER. The size is 14” x 11”.

The picture is framed and ready to hang. It is stretched and stapled to plwood backing.  The frame and pictures is covered in plastic and as been in storage for many years. There is a crease in the plastic that makes it look like a flaw in the embroidery. There are tears in the plastic and the frame may need to be touched up with paint or you may need to purchase a new frame. This model was done in Portugal.

Included is a picture of a kit or this embroidery which is shown for reference only as this embroidery does not come with a kit.

This  picture was a hand crafted model to a needpoint kit which would have been on display in a store to show the prospective buyers how the item will look when finished. It was covered in plastic to protect the needlepoint which I removed to take the photo. I was able to acquire quite a few of them; some were just matted and others framed.

I learned recently that the name on many of these finished pieces identified the

company as JCA Inc. with an address in Massachusettes. They evidently ceased

operations and will not be making/distributing anymore needlecraft kits. These

finished piece from kits are already hard to find and will only be offered

occasionally perhaps on the internet. Per the JCA website:
