- Our products are all vacuum sealed to maintain moisture / humidity of the beans

  - We can do an exchange only if the Vanilla Bean are damaged or moldy upon delivery and still on original packaging (vacuum sealed). Please send us the video of the damaged product through our email and we will replace it.
