Welcome to the sale of Sterling Silver Heavy AAA Grade Pyrope Garnet Scribble Pendant, polished and set with a 4 mm round Stone.  This pendant is described as heavy which at being over 3 grams in weight would make it so.. Most manufacturers would probably make this by cutting out the shape with a stamping.  This usually out of the thin silver sheet they can use, leaving the pendant open to bending and getting out of shape.  Our pendandants are a one piece casting giving a solidity and strength to the piece.

This is manufactured by Lu V Jewellery was supplied to various Jewellers around the UK, We have now closed down our wholesale side of the business, and sell directly to the public.

This line however has been discontinued, and rather than melt it down, which would only give us a basic scrap price, as the silver would need to be refined before using again, and the chances of the stone being unusable after the process is quite high, making it prudent for us to offer them at a greatly reduced price, this allows us to cover our manufacturing, import/shiiping fees and material costs, plus of course selling fees here, plus postage, but at the same time give you a super bargain in the process.

These are now being offered at a reduced Price (RRP £27.00 - RRP 2019).  Apologies for the price increase on this, but these were manufactured at a later time, when raw materials had increased, so we need to cover our costs.

Apologies:  We are now having to add a contribution towards the ever increasing cost of postage.

I try to post out on the day of purchase, but on rare occasions need to travel on business which can add up to 4 days to the normal dispatch date. Please contact us prior to purchase if it is important for you to know the day of dispatch.
The total weight of the Pendant is 3.2 grams approx.
The Pendant is set with 4 mm Round Garnet.
Stone is Compression set and height with the size at the widest parts 32 x 19 mm
Please note: The Pendant is shown on a silver chain, this is to show how it will look, but is not included in the cost.
Sterling Silver (925 parts per 1000 or 92.5% pure - Other main constituent would be Copper).
The pendant is made in our own factory and conforms to all UK hallmarking requirements. Please note we as a company are registered with the London Assay Office, and therefore comply with all the current laws.

The Pendant has very low porosity, which means there are very few tiny air bubbles trapped in the casting. Too many air bubbles will cause weakness within the casting making it liable to fracture. Many manufacturers have to rhodium plate their stock to hide the poor finish, we never do. Our stock is only ever polished.

A couple of do's and don'ts
Always spray perfume, hair/body spray and allow to dry before putting on any jewellery. (This is the main cause of silver turning black)
The Pendant is made using anti-tarnish silver, which will keep the silver colour for longer, but please when not being worn return it to the small cellophane bag that it was supplied in, as the tarnishing of silver is caused by exposure to the elements (pollution etc.), and the less it is exposed the longer it will stay looking good.
Do not use liquid cleaners (i.e. silver dip etc.) these leave a film on the surface and over time will damage the finish on the pendant.
A soft clean cloth is good, or for a special clean, use a silver cloth, many are for sale on Ebay, and most work very well. I tend to attach a cleaning cloth to a workbench/table-top or similar with a bulldog clip and holding the cloth tightly run the item into all the groves of the pendant. cleaning can be done in seconds that way.

The pendant is guaranteed for 12 months, and supplied with a gift pouch.
