2. Car models are considered art and collector's items, with many small parts. They can easily be damaged during delivery due to rough handling. Please make sure to inspect the goods in person before signing for them. If there is any damage, please reject and return the package. We will not be responsible for any damage after it has been signed for, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
3. Resin models may experience adhesive separation, paint peeling, and detachment of parts if left unused for an extended period. These are normal phenomena.
4. As car models are unique art pieces, the photos provided in the listing represent the actual product, and all the details depicted are accurate. If there are any flaws in certain areas, we will notify you and await your confirmation before packaging and shipping the item. By placing an order for the model, you indicate your acceptance and approval.
5. Please understand that we may not be able to respond immediately due to time differences in different countries.
