 DIGITALIS GRANDIFLORA “CARILLON”, DWARF YElLOW FOXGLOVE

A compact selection of a truly perennial foxglove species. Large (5 cm long), bell- shaped yellow flowers with yellowish, intricatelly browny spotted throat, appear on uniform plants all summer long above dense rosettes of glossy, dark green leaves to 25 cm long. This dwarf, rarely seen variety is very useful in borders, containers, pots and alpine gardens. Beautiful cut flower. Blooms first year from sowing and can be grown as an annual or as a perennial. Lovely colour allows this plant to blend with nearly anything.
