This original from 1986 was printed in a limited edition run of only 500. It was designed and published also by John Carder Bush.
This is the still extremely rare Second Ed. from 2014.

This new edition – the first printing since the original edition – includes a new introduction by John Carder Bush, illustrated with eight previously unpublished photographs.
There are window aperture mounts, as original, cut out of the preceding page that frame each photograph on the following page. If you look closely you should be able to see that from our photos. There is often a full page photo on the right that you first see through an aperture. (If you look at the photo of Kate's running around in the garden, shot from behind, you can see the photo through the die-cut aperture and then fully revealed). It's the same photo, the same page. Quite a lovely design.
The book is a bound in hessian with the title of the book is imprinted on the front and spine.
