I do combine shipping. Most listings are set up for 20 cents additional shipping per extra item. Add all items to cart to see shipping discount and pay for all items at the same time. For heavier items shipped usps priority mail add items to cart and request an invoice. If I have to refund shipping costs due to failure to add items to cart first I will charge a fee to cover my charges from ebay.
