2 pucks for the Front (with the 1" cut off) D-Shape. Install, rotate 90 degrees, for clearance, place low profile jack underneath, and off you go.

2 pucks for the Rear, whole 3 inch pucks. See pics.

Installed locator rings to help fit them in the frame rails. These are epoxied in place. not Adjustable.
