This is a nice 1968 Whitman "Pick Up Sticks" game, just like the one I played as a kid.  All 31 of the sticks are present and the game is absolutely playable.  

The canister has a bit of normally expected wear, after all, it's been rolling around somewhere for the past fifty some years...  it also has its original Perry's 39¢ price sticker.

Lovely!   It measures about 7" x 1 3/4"
