Google's ThogChag definition:

ThogChags or Thokcha (Wylie: Thog lcags) are worn as amulets by Tibetans, specifically people of the Himalayan regions, for spiritual protection and healing

Created in several forms, they often depict tantric deities, sacred animals, auspicious symbols, and mantras.

Used throughout Asia from antiquity until the early 20th Century, our finely detailed Antique Tibetan ThogChag Talismans are overwhelming with their exceptionally artful beauty and technical skill: so fine, so cool, so small.

And they're Magic!

Per Wikipedia: The Tibetan ThogChag is traditionally believed to contain a magical, protective power comparable to Tibetan DZI beads.

You see, they're made with meteorites from the sky (heaven) and alloyed with Copper.

ThogChag Definition, per renown Antiquity author John Bellezza in his June 1998 Arts of Asia article:

>Wearable Sacred Talismans sized from 0.2cm to 10.0cm

>Produced in Tibet from 1500 BC (primitive sand-casting) to 1900 AD (20th Century lost-wax casting)

>Made from Copper and meteoric metals

>Designed to stand alone

>Endless assortment of designs

>Each piece is unique

The rarity of this Tibetan ThogChag Talisman is threefold. A ThogChag ring is almost unheard of, the detail is a masterpiece and one of the meteoritic elements is Silver.

It features Lord Vishnu astride his sacred vehicle and emblem, Garuda. In the Ramayana, Vishnu is described as the Creator, Destroyer, and Preserver. As the Preserver, Vishnu can control anything and everything. The power to protect everything from anything is the reason he is also called the supreme protector of his devotees.

It was Garuda’s divine duty to serve Vishnu with his speed whenever he needed to rescue His followers who were in distress. That is why this antique ThogChag ring serves well as a Protection Talisman.

The accompanying GIT assay verifies this Vishnu ThogChag Talismanic-ring was cast from 48.46% Copper alloyed with meteoritic 33.24% Nickel, 2.1% Antimony, 15.21% Lead and 018% Silver.
