STARTING A RETURN:

1.  Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.

3.  If photos of the item would be helpful for documenting the condition of the item you bought and received, you can upload photos. Both eBay Customer Service and the seller can see them. 4.  Depending on the return policy, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and packing slip.

HOW TO REMOVE ICLOUD:

Go to iCloud.com and log in.

Go to Find my iPhone.

Select in top middle "All Devices.”

Select the device that was returned to us.

Select where it says, "All Devices" and there should be a small "x" on the right side of the item that was returned to us.

When you hover over the "x" it should say remove and click it and you should get a message warning that says, "If you remove the item another person can put their apple account on it".

MAKE SURE NOT TO ERASE THE ITEM BUT REMOVE THE ITEM 

 

HOW DO I RESET MY APPLE WATCH?

Press and hold the side button until you see the power button in the upper-right corner of the display. Press and hold the Digital Crown until you see Erase all content and settings. Tap Reset, then tap Reset again to confirm. Wait for the process to finish, then set up your Apple Watch again.
