Introduction
Deathmaze is a game for one to six players in which each player controls the actions of one or more adventurers exploring the depths of a horror filled catacomb in pursuit of glory and gold. Like fantasy role-playing games, Deathmaze deals with personal heroic fantasy; unlike such games, Deathmaze requires no gamesmaster, but pits the players' skills against an un-gamemastered game system.

The system is very similar to Citadel of Blood (also available)

Description
Inside the dark catacomb are horrible monsters and terrible traps. But also, there are treasures of awesome worth and, more important, opportunities for great personal glory. A party of adventurers heroes, thieves, and magicians--dares to enter the Deathmaze in search of their treasures. Along the way they will find magical spices and potions, booby traps and poisons, and in every room and corridor there may lurk orcs, goblins, werewolves, and other abominations with sword in claw and teeth bared to challenge the party of travelers and to protect their wealth.
