Pressure-cooked rice can be cooked in 4 different ways
By adjusting the pressure strength and time, you can cook rice in 4 different ways: "Sushi-meshi" for a firmness that is easy to add to vinegar, "Shakiri" for a crispiness that is easy to add to curry roux, "Normal" for the Zojirushi recommendation, and "Mochimochi" for lunch boxes that does not become hard even when cooled down.
Platinum Thick Kettle
The thick platinum pot increases the sweetness (reducing sugar) of rice by approximately 15%.
The inside of the platinum (platinum) nano-particles (platinum is processed into particles of two billionths of a meter, and these particles are almost uniform) change the water quality to a mildly alkaline state. They break down proteins on the surface of rice, making it easier for water to penetrate to the core. The amount of reducing sugar, one of the components of sweetness in rice, is increased by about 15%.
Gou-Heat Boiling IH
