Personalized Address Plaque House Sign China Blue Front with Gold Text 11 x 5.5 Inch

These signs are personalized to your specified house number and street name. They are made of 1/16 inch matte China Blue color acrylic front panel with the personalized address stencil cut out. The front panel is then mounted to a 1/4 inch thick clear acrylic with a 2nd surface gold vinyl to create the glossy gold effect on the numbers and letters. These signs are 11 inches wide by 5.5 inches tall. Each sign will be shipped with four extreme weatherproof foam adhesive squares on the back. The adhesive included is perfect for mounting to Painted Drywall, Painted/Finished Wood, Metal, Acrylic, Smooth Stone, and Painted Concrete.

These signs are brand new, made by Thompson Laser Works, and they do not include retail packaging.

During your order process, you must enter the name you would like your item personalized with in the personalization field. If for some reason you don't, please make sure to at least add the information in a buyer's note. If you do not enter the personalization information in your order, I cannot make your item. If I do not receive any information for a personalized order, I will reach out to you for the information. If after 1 business days I have still not received the personalization info, I will assume you are no longer interested in the item and your order will be cancelled.

Items for sale by Thompson Laser Works are made-to-order manufactured in Pennsylvania, USA. Items will be made and shipped within 1-3 business days after all personalization information is received and payment is cleared. Most items I sell will ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional expense.

Shipping will be combined for all orders ordered on the same business day. For example, if you order multiple items from the Thompson Laser Works Store on the same business day, and you pay shipping cost on multiple items in the order, I will combine all items ordered into the same shipment and refund any overpayment for shipping charges. All shipments will include a tracking number.

All sales tax for transactions on the eBay platform are collected and remitted by ebay, and not Thompson Laser Works.

I currently only accept payment methods through and offered by ebay at checkout.

Because most items are personalized or custom made to order items, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. However, if there is a mistake or a quality issue with any product, I will be more than happy to refund or exchange your item. Please note that The Customer is responsible for any return shipping for items that are not being returned because of a mistake or quality issue.
