Antique French Carved Oak Renaissance Styled Writing Desk Table - C211
A magnificent dark oak antique French Renaissance style writing desk in lovely aged condition. This desk features intricate carvings, barley twist legs & stretcher, four drawers and a carved back, so this could easily be used in the middle of the room or facing outward. The top left drawer has a working lock and key. There are a couple of splits on the top, bumps, knocks and worn bits, all of which are part of this beautiful desk's ancient history. Circa 1880.
