For sale is a vintage Yamahiro Pottery Studio crackle glaze vase beautifully decorated with a depiction of Hayashi Gyokko’s painting of the Samurai Warrior Kajiwara Kagesue from the Heike Monogatari tale. Vase measures 10-11/16 inches in height and 3-3/4 inches in diameter across the shoulders, being in near mint condition without any chips, nicks, cracks, scratches, or repairs. Marked on the underneath side in red with the Yamahiro Pottery Studio seal, and with a paper label that reads; Made In Japan.
