Untested with a film but shutter and film advance are working. The spring on the winder is a little weak. 
Good condition for it age.  Some minor marks, the paint is wearing on the raised area where the film box end would go.
Built in light meter is working but needs a new battery
Light seals are new
As you would expect with a camera of this age there are some specs of dust in viewfinder which will not effect the image results
