We’ve been selling karaoke since 1988. That’s a long time! When I wanted to put my business phone number in the Yellow Pages the “karaoke” category did not even exist. I had to list the business under “Musical Accompaniment”. I’ve seen a lot of changes in these three decades. The formats that we have used to listen to our music has gone from cassette tapes and Laser Discs to Compact Discs w/Graphics, MP3+G and digital downloads. The good news for those that still have a karaoke cd+g player is that we still have thousands of discs still available, many of them are rare and hard-to-find, such as this one.
Bob Marley single-handedly put reggae music into the spotlight . He recorded only about 20 albums in a career that was cut too short by his death in 1981 at 36 years of age. This disc has a few of his more popular songs such as "No Woman, No Cry", "Redemption Song", "Buffalo Soldier", and "One Love", but you'll notice that here listed are some great songs that have been quite difficult to find.
