We do not accept returns but if you truly need to return your doll we will accept with you paying to have it returned safe and we will return the cost you paid for the doll minus what we paid for shipping. For example if you paid 39.99 for the doll you pay to send it back to us, if it cost 15.00 to ship the doll to you we will refund 24.99 for the cost you paid for the doll minus the shipping which was 15.00. A little history: I treasure every single doll I work with. I ran a succesful business until 2018 and took a break for work.

Sue Ann and Joey tirelessly researched all things spooky and watched every ghost story they could find on the child's tablet. They giggled and gasped, practicing their best "Boo!" and brainstorming haunting techniques. They wanted to bring joy and laughter, rather than fear, to anyone who encountered their "hauntings." They believed that everyone deserved a good chuckle, even in the ghostly presence of stuffed animals.
The next night, as the clock struck midnight, Sue Ann and Joey put their plan into action. They serenaded their fellow teddy bear neighbors with whispered ghostly laughter, sending waves of giggles across the room. They thought of clever tricks to play on unsuspecting humans, such as moving their tiny paws when no one was looking or planting surprise kisses on sleepy faces.
