The background color will be the color of whatever item the decal is applied to.

All decals are cut from 6-year, outdoor waterproof vinyl.  
Your decal will come premasked and ready to apply.

A NOTE ON RETURNS/REFUNDS

Refunds will only be provided upon receiving item on original backing and application paper intact.

No refunds will be provided on items that are water damaged, torn or creased.
