Glass is in great shape with just some internal dust but no major issues like scratches or haze that will effect images. The only issue I can say is that the focus ring is stiff and takes more force than usual to move (especially compared to modern lens) But i think that is typical with very old lenses of this type of build. The aperture functions fine. It is a c mount as it seems to be converted for this. This isn’t a c-Mount “adapter” on the lens for example. For any more info, ask questions.
