Excellent preowned condition.  Girl's size SMALL.  This was only worn a few times prior to outgrowing.  This has NO holes or tears.  It appears there are a few sequins missing from the penguin's hat but this does NOT affect wearing it.  NO stains.  SMOKE FREE HOME!!!
