Shipping and Return Policy:

We ship via UPS and FedEx. All items are shipped within 48 business hours once we have received your full cleared payment and once eBay provides authorization to proceed with shipping the item. We require a signature on deliveries and will not be able to accept exceptions. We ship to the US only, and no international shipping is available unless ordered via the eBay global shipping program. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee deduction. This fee allows us to cover original shipping charges and employee costs associated with preparing your order. Returns are accepted within 14 days and apply to products that are DOA. Returns are not accepted for any other scenario or reasons. We do not ship to PO boxes. If the package is damaged, opened, or seems unauthentic, please refuse delivery and let the shipping Corrier return the item to us. We will not be able to file a claim with the shipping companies if you have signed and accepted the package, as it is no longer their responsibility.
