Canowicake is the Sioux meaning for Forest Hunter. Arrowheads are often made of some sort of stone that has been chipped or flaked into a pointed shape. In Native American life arrowheads were attached to a shafted and used as weapons or for hunting. They would often hunt forest animals such as deer, rabbits, and fowl. We have taken these small pieces of art and made them into necklaces to be worn as an accessory. These necklaces have a 21 inch black cord necklace with a lobster claw clasp and four size adjusting links. In each set there are 3 different colored arrowhead necklaces. These necklaces make great gifts for the young and young at heart.
