Maison Mihara's  sneakers are often inspired by footwear classics. The approach is always way more experimental, though, as these black ones show. The uppers are cut from black suede and panelled to give that sporty, no-frills look, but it’s the rest where things get a little out-there — the shell toe cap and rubber sole are warped and wavy, as is typical of the Japanese designer.
