This great Ghurka computer brief is designed for busy professionals securely carrying essential documents and smaller laptops or tablets. The brief has a much-secured padded laptop cushion. The bag has an extended compartment with a flap top & strap knob closure securing it with a zip top closure in front containing two leather cell phones & PDA pockets. A large accessory zipper pocket is also in front with two sections for easy access. The brief also has an open pocket in the back.
- A whole zip-around opening exists for easy access to the cushioned laptop computer compartment.
- Separate interior compartment for files.
- The front flap pocket with zipper underneath features two inside sleeves for laptop accessories or cellular phones.
The leather on this bag is so thick and strong that it is not destructible for decades! It is Ghurka Leather 38, the best and the most expensive leather Ghurka has ever made. Tanned in an organic "tea" of mimosa and Quebracho tree barks, it is a fantastic choice for making any long-lasting luxury briefcase! The brief is in excellent condition. The bag has some dot spots in front that are hard to see. There are no missing stitches, holes, tears, or smells. The corners are perfect, and the binding is excellent. We rated inside the bag 9, outside 8, and overall, 8.5 out of a perfect 10! Ghurka made a handful of this style for a limited year. This style of Ghurka crossbody bag is hard to find. This is the chance to make it yours.

Founded in Connecticut in 1975 by luxury belt and brace designer Marley Hodgson, Ghurka has served as a symbol of superior American leather craftsmanship for over thirty years.
The origins of the Ghurka brand can be traced back to a fortuitous discovery at a British auction house in the early 19 0s. Inspired by his love of history and leather craft, Hodgson bid on campaign travel gear and leather boots formerly owned by a British Ghurka officer stationed in India at the turn of the 20th century. Hodgson tracked down the lost tanning formula for these boots and other accouterments carried by the legendary Ghurka regiments and applied the manufacturing process to his new collect". "He was so impressed by the quality of the nearly century-old leather – durable yet supple despite its age – and by the intricate craftsmanship that he was compelled to launch a line of comparable leather accessories.
