Vintage Brass & Copper Pin Dish with City of Perth Crest & Gum Leaves

There is no markings to can't verify date. I would call this Arts & Crafts era, but can't verify that. I've believe this is the  City of Perth (West Australia) crest  
 
Size: 9.5cm wide and 9cm top to bottom. 

In good used condition - good patina.
