Object: Imari plate in the shape of a sea-shell from the late Edo period (1800-1850), decorated in underglaze blue as well as overglaze colours and gold.


Decoration: Pine trees, flying cranes and two ships in the sea.


Size: 17 x 15 cm (7 x 6").

Marks: None.

State: Excellent  - no chips, cracks or repairs.
