Returs
are free but accepted on proven grounds but incase you receive a faulty
or
damaged in transit item as per our T&Cs please contact us as
soon as you receive
it. All our items come with courier insurance which
require us to report the damage within 24 hours of delivery and over
weekend this can be 48 to 72 hours for
businesses. In some cases you
will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you
receive a
refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending
on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged
product to
reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a
trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance.
To accept your return we might request for the pictures of the item
including serial numbers, codes etc. So, we request you to please
do help us and comply with our requets. For any further details please feel free to contact us.
Delivery to mainland UK is free
The UK mainland consists of England, Scotland (excluding Highlands &
Islands) and Wales. If your order is being delivered to one of these
locations then the delivery is FREE of charge. Please note that for the
purposes of this definition, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man,
Scilly
Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Jersey and Guernsey are not
considered part of the UK mainland.
