I purchased this piece in the late 1980’s to study technique.  Then as now, I am transfixed by her beauty and spent many hours contemplating who she was, and what she was like.  As a child of the sixties, she seemed to represent the grace and yet wildness of the flower child we all idolized.

No craftsman was identified then or since.  Although I have frequently hung stained glass pieces outdoors, she has always been protected from the elements.  She measures 12.75” across with added lead for the hangers.  From the seller’s estimate and the techniques used, her age is estimated as coming from the late 1800’s.

If you choose to add my lady to your home or collection I will cover shipping charges within the continental United States only.  I cannot estimate weight or cost because I will transport it to a shipper in Tallahassee who has extensive experience shipping precious glass.  You will receive all information pertaining to the shipper upon purchase.  Please contact me for additional pictures or any questions you may have.
