This is Transformers Cyclonus and Targetmaster Nightstick from the 2008 Transformers Universe line (often called Universe 2.0, Classics, Generations, or CHUG). Figure is complete and in excellent shape including instructions. From an adult collector in a smoke-free pet-free home and was kept out of direct sunlight.
