Minimum order quantity: 10m2 anything under 10m2 will need to be collected in person or sent on a pallet (please ask for a quote on smaller amounts). We no longer send small orders out in boxes with couriers. Everything must go on a pallet unless collected. (sorry to disappoint).

Lead time: We do have a lead time on all our flooring as we remove the bitumen to order. Your lead-time will be dependant on how many square meters you purchase and how many people are in the queue. On smaller orders, we can usually fit these in between other commitments. Uncleaned parquet will be much quicker to receive than cleaned.

Lead times: As all our flooring is cleaned to order, there may be a lead time to prepare (please contact us for further details).
Delivery: The dispatch time shown on the listing is the Pallet Line transport time and NOT the time the parquet will take to prepare. We do have a lead time to prepare all orders ? please check before purchase. The average delivery cost to a mainland UK address is around £85.00 per pallet (holding up to 65 square meters) The delivery is kerbside, but they may pull in to a garage or driveway if ground permits, the pallet company do not carry the flooring in to your premises.
Deliveries that are not on UK mainland and some areas in Scotland and Wales may incur an extra charge. (Please ask in regards to delivery charges before placing any order - thank you).
Storage: All our flooring is stored in our dry. Free storage of purchased flooring is available. Please ask for further details as t&c?s may apply.
Overage/Wastage/Extra: As with all flooring, you will need to make allowances for cuts etc, we say around 5% overage (extra) should be ample. For larger areas or areas of non standard layout, you may need to increase to 10% overage. We only supply full sized blocks and no off cuts. If you do find any off cuts on your pallet - these will be extra that we have included free of charge as these come in handy when laying in herringbone.

Returns: It is extremely rare that anybody ever changes their mind.
We do not accept any returns on a bespoke item ''bespoke defined as?? : being altered from its original condition?? some examples, but not limited to: bitumen removed, tongue removed or re machined etc ? once ordered. We are also not obliged to accept returns or refund on any second-hand item or an older unfitted item, for example something that has never been fitted, but has age to it as its been stored for years. We may however exchange these items or offer to re sell for you and the cost of any return postage will be at the cost of yourselves. Any brand-new items that have physically been viewed and ordered will not qualify for a refund, but we will offer an exchange or offer to re-sell for you. Any reclaimed uncleaned item being returned due to change of mind, etc, will be charged at a 40% re-stocking fee.

Bitumen removal: Where bitumen removal is stated in the listing, this means that the bitumen will be removed from the underside of the parquet flooring. Underside being referred to as any part of the parquet block that touches the ground directly. We do not remove the bitumen from the edges/ends or t&g ''(if applicable''). We remove the bitumen sufficiently enough for you to re-lay the floor without any prior preparation to the underside and there will be remnants left.
Depths: With all reclaimed parquet flooring blocks, there may be a degree of variation in the thickness/depth from one block to another. Some batches of parquet may have only the odd block, other batches may have only 1mm to 2mm variation, but others (mainly m pitch pine/ maple etc) may have up to 4 - 5 mm variation, which is around industry standard. This is perfectly normal and should not deter you or your fitter from fitting them at all. Any reputable floor fitter who is accustom to fitting a reclaimed floor should be able to sufficiently deal with reclaimed block variation differs.
Tongue and Grooves / Edges: With most reclaimed flooring, some of the t&g may be damaged below the surface. This is of absolute no detriment to the overall floor and will not at all prevent you from successfully fitting the floor. With the adhesives on the market today, in our opinion, a tongue is of absolute no importance to a floor.
