The Hardcover isn't too bad. Shiny with minimal intends. One small tear on the bottom left corner of the spine, not bad. The interior is bound to spine, but the binding is pulled about a third of the way in. There is a water stain on the page where the binding is pulled

Pages are decent with just a slight warp in the bottom right-hand corner.
