Paul Taylor (born Jun 4, 1960) is an American musician best known as the keyboardist/guitarist of the rock band Winger, that combined elements of glam metal & progressive metal. Their 2 platinum albums Winger ('88) & In the Heart of the Young ('90) with charting singles Seventeen, Headed for a Heartbreak, & Miles Away, put them at the top of the charts by the early ‘90s. In ‘90, the band was nominated for an American Music Award for Best New Heavy Metal Band. As the music scene changed in the mid-‘90s due to the popularity of grunge, their success faded after release Pull ('93). Winger disbanded in ‘94. In 2001 they reunited & have since had several successful tours. In 2006, they recorded their 1^st studio album in over 13 years, IV, & toured in support of it into 2008. In 2009 they released 5^th album Karma. As of 2013, Winger has performed on mini-tours, festivals & private events. 2014 saw album Better Days Comin'.
