Signed  Waterford Crystal Kingfisher Figurine Paperweight

Up for your consideration is this great Waterford Crystal Kingfisher Figurine / Paperweight.   It measures approximately 2-1/2" tall x 3-1/4" long x 1-3/8" wide and is in excellent condition but their is either a chip on the very tipi of the tail or it's a busted bubble I'm not really sure.  I didn't find it until I was packaging it up.  Otherwise it's perfect.  I try to note any flaws that I see but please see the pictures as they are part of the description also.  Does not come with the original box but it will be well packaged to ensure there is no damage during shipping.
