This (made in Japan) set of Close-Up lenses (+1, +2, +4) will allow you to take true macro photographs with a regular lens. They can be used individually or combined for greater magnification. The higher the number, the closer it allows focusing. The close-up of the dragon fly wing is an example of a #2 close-up lens on a Minolta MD 50mm f/1.7 lens with my Olympus DSLR.
Fits any lens with 52mm filter threads. Works equally well with film or digital cameras.
These are high quality lenses with fully coated glass optics and metal mounts (not China or India). I find close-up lenses particularly useful with longer focal length lenses which often can't focus closer then 6 or 8 feet.
These are in mint condition in the original case and come with a copy of the instructions/specifications.
