Trouble Shootings For Chains
The Motor Starts But The Chain Refuse To Turn On?
You install the chain in the converse direction. Reinstall the chain and adjust the tightness to 2 -3cm away from the blade. Make sure it neither too tight or too loose, or it won’t start as well.
I Only Used It Twice, But The Chain Already Loosens And Even Falls Off?
Loosen chains are unavoidable during use for all the min chainsaws. You need to tighten it according to the instruction now and then. It only takes 2 minutes, once you are familiar with it and you’re gonna love the convenience it brings.
Where Is The Lubrication Oil?
Pls note that there comes no lubrication oil. Lubrication oil is not pricey but troublesome shipping from a country to another country. In order to provide the most competitive price to our customer, we didn’t attach the oil.

Important:
1.Please install the saw according to the instruction. If you have any doubt, contact us for the installation video and picture of the saw.
2.The chain should not be installed too tightly at the beginning, otherwise the internal gear will slip and affect the use.
3.If the battery is fully charged and the motor makes a sound, the electric saw still does not rotate, which may be the reverse installation of the chain. Please try again in reverse.
4.Each set of saw is of EU PLUG standard specification, and we will distribute adapter according to the national voltage.
5.Do not use for a long time, which may cause the motor burnt out! Stop the saw after 10-15 minutes of use, and continue to work after the motor cools down.
6.If it cannot be used normally after receiving , please follow the steps to shoot and upload the video, and we will actively deal with it. Video shooting steps: connect the charger to the power supply - plug in the battery - the charger displays a green light - unplug the battery - install it on the chainsaw - give a close-up lens on the chain - press the chainsaw twice or cut small branches.
