This is the Magnavox MRV700VR and DVD video player/recorder. This unit has been fully tested powers up plays VCR tapes and DVDs and comes with the remote that works. However you are buying an old vintage electronic if it gets rattled around in shipping and for some reason it does not work it is up to you to file a claim with the shipper. Please do not try to return. I will accept exchanges however as I have numerous units in stock.
