The Medal is identified as Bini pag. 107 - Brambilla pag. 534. The Engraver is L Giorgi. The Item does not include the Case, Ribbon, and Pierced Suspension  Ball 

The Medal was instituted on February 20, 1910 and was awarded to those who assisted in relief efforts or who raised funds or made donations towards the recovery of the area affected by the Messina Earthquake.
