M7 Model：Size is divided into M7-2mm, M7-2.3mm, M7-3.17mm
It means the outer diameter 9mm brass part is M7 threaded, the hole diameter is 2mm, 2.3mm, 3.17mm respectively. The black M7 drill chuck can clamp between 0.5-3.2mm by self-tightening.
The main difference between M7 and M8 is the difference in the outer diameter of the brass rod, M8 brass rod is 10mm, thread is M8; M7 brass rod is 9mm, thread is M7. depends on personal choice.
2mm holes are suitable for 2mm shaft motors such as 180 motor, 370 motor, etc.
2.3mm holes are suitable for 2.3mm shaft motors such as 390 motor, 380 motor, 385 motor, 395 motor, etc.,
