Years ago Betsy Johnson had a huge yardsale of her clothing out in the Hamptons that I was able to go to and this was one of the pieces from there. The dress is new with the tags but the piece is older and I did see some imperfection on the dress and on the white cuffs and collar you can see some dirt marks.
