Cover-dated March 1977, Fantastic Four #180 would have been released December 1976.  Having been hit by 'The Dreaded Deadline Doom', the planned story is replaced by a reprint of issue #101 from Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.

This is a lovely flat, tight, smooth covered copy, with supple white pages all secure to original rust-free silver staples. Any fading of cover colours is very minimal, but there has been a moderate reduction in reflectivity.  Other flaws are similarly minor and do little or nothing to diminish eye-appeal.  These consist of:
- an accumulation of small light spine-stresses with 1-2 mm colour-cracks in the roots
- a small white mark in the 'U' of 'FOUR' - possibly a printing flaw
- a downtown of the right edge of the cover resulting from it extending fractionally beyond the page edges beneath
- some v faint wear on the bottom edge, and teeny blunting/rounding of bottom right corner of the cover
I think the book most closely fits the Overstreet criteria for Fine/VF (7.0) but you are invitted to review these notes and the images up,loaded to make your own assessment.

These comics will be dispatched backed and bagged, securely packed in a sturdy bookmailer to see it reaches you in the same condition it leaves me!   I use Royal Mail rather than Evri, Yodel, or DHL.

I've been collecting comics for over 50 years. In that time I've upgraded much of my collection, resulting in extra copies of many issues. In addition, there are series' I have collected which I don't feel the need to take to the grave!  I am therefore seeking to reduce the size of my collection by selling off my duplicates and items no longer of interest.  As a continuing collector myself, I really want buyers to be happy with their purchase, whatever condition it is in, and I always try to grade carefully, using Overstreet criteria.  I try to provide sufficient descriptive detail and images for you to know what you are buying, but, if you are unhappy, you may return your purchase for a full refund.
