All items are sold and dispatched from the UK. Items purchased Monday-Friday before 2pm will be dispatched on the same working day. If your order is placed after 2pm, it will be dispatched the following working day.
UK Mainland: We offer FAST & FREE tracked delivery to UK mainland. Parcels under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail 48, and parcels over 2kg are sent with DPD Next Day.
Offshore: We deliver offshore to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles. Offshore orders are sent with the following tracked shipping services: Royal Mail 48 or DPD Two Day.
EU & Rest of the World: All international orders are sent on a tracked shipping service with Royal Mail or DPD. Shipping costs calculated at checkout, and are dependent on parcel weight and delivery destination. Delivery time is usually 5-7 working days. However, this may take longer in some instances due to external factors such as customs.
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from delivery. If you change your mind or no longer require our product, please return it back to us with the tags and packaging in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for any return delivery charges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
