Also a great option instead of having to buy a full caravan cover which is bulky & difficult to cover where you do not need to cover the sides of your caravan allowing easier access.

Size & Fitting Information (please read before purchase)

Please ensure you measure carefully as we will always send you exactly what you order.

If you caravan is (example, is longer than the maximum advertised you will need to buy the next size up knowing you will have some excess on the ends)

If you order an incorrect size, then you will be responsible for return postage & also postage for the replacement sent back to you so please measure carefully as we only provide free postage on the initial purchase.

If you require a refund, then we will deduct our actual postage cost what it cost us to send the item to you. (free postage means that you don’t pay any extra for postage as it still costs us to send the item to you initially)

The strapping supplied with the cover will be for an average height caravan.

Please note not all tie down points need to be used.

Not suitable to be used while towing at any time.

Only cover a dry caravan (not wet) being careful not to drag or pull the material over sharp objects getting caught on antennas, air cons & solar.

Accidently ripping the material is not covered for any warranty, refund or replacement under any circumstances at any time.

Best to cover using step ladder with 2 people present when covering & uncovering on a non-windy day

Always store rolled up in a safe dry place (never roll up when wet or damp)

Always roll up on a clean stone free surface

Pick up:

Pick up is not available so please do not ask.

Payment:

Payment is required within 48 hours after purchase for both auction & Buy it now items.

If you have trouble paying due to unforeseen circumstances please contact us ASAP.

Non paying buyers will be reported to EBay & blocked from any future purchases from our store.

We accept PayPal & bank deposit only.

Items will not be sent until paid in full. This means money must enter our bank account or echeques must be fully cleared.  PayPal is always instant.

If paying by bank deposit please ensure you enter your EBay username as a reference.

Postage & Handling:

Postage will be within Australia only.

Postage & handling charges are listed on EBay & not up for negotiation on price.

Postage will be either by Australia Post or Fast way Courier Service. Both give very good service.

If you have preferences of postage please let us know upon purchase or it will be sent at our discretion.

Postage is always sent within 1 or 2 BUSINESS DAYS of cleared payment in our account. In most cases the very next available courier pick up.

All items will have a tracking number & is entered into EBay to protect the buyer and us.

If you want your parcel left unattended upon delivery then this is to be requested in writing. This is also fully at your risk should the parcel go missing.

If you are not home upon delivery a calling card is left at your door or mailbox. It is then your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange a time for second delivery. This is totally beyond our control.

If no contact is made within a period of time & the parcel is returned to us then a second delivery charge will need to be paid.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery of your parcel. Please check you’re tracking number in EBay. With Aust Post tracking numbers do not show up on their web site until it reaches the distribution area in your state.

If you have delivery issues please contact Aust Post  Phone 137678 or Fast way couriers to get the phone number of your local delivery service & provide them with the tracking number for further assistance. Contacting us first will only delay your parcel longer.

If a parcel does go missing then a claim must be made & fully investigated by the courier before any further action can be taken or commented on. This does happen on the odd occasion through no fault of ours & your co operation & patience is fully appreciated.

Refunds:

Refunds are only given within 7 days of delivery date of your actual parcel. This means you have 7 days from the date you get your parcel gets delivered as per tracking information to message us through EBay to get a refund.

To get a refund it must be returned at your expense (unless it is clearly our error) in the brand new condition you received it & inspected by us upon return to get the refund.

Refund will be via payment as per initial payment method. Please note postage costs are not refunded only the cost of the item itself.  With free postage items the postage is included in the purchase price of the item so therefore the postage only cost to your area will be deducted from this total.

No refunds will be given outside the 7 day period.

Please communicate with us to solve any issues that can arise.

Exchanges:

 In what we sell sometimes customers can order an incorrect size item. We will happily exchange an item if you ordered an incorrect size.

However because this is not our error the customer is liable for postage both ways for returning the cover to us & us sending the correct size back to the customer.

We provide ALL the correct measurements in the add for each item. It is fully your responsibility to measure & check before purchase that the item will be suitable & your item falls within the measurements provided. In most cases depending on the item you need to measure length, width & height & not just assume it will be right without checking.

Please always remember if ever asking us “will it fit” that we cannot measure your item for you.

If the product is defective upon arrival please contact us through EBay so we can quickly assist.

Warranty:

Warranty is based on manufacturing fault only.  So we suggest you fully inspect your item upon delivery.

Warranty does not include: neglect, carelessness misuse or physical damage done by accidental ripping or tearing from not protecting the cover from sharp edges or objects that can cause wear.

With larger items such as caravan covers & boat covers you will receive cover care & fitting instructions. Your warranty is bound by this information provided. By attempting to fit the cover for the first time is an acknowledgement that you have read, understand & accept this information. If not please return within 7 days for a refund (as per refund conditions).

If you have a warranty claim, please contact us ASAP through EBay.

Please provide information on the warranty claim. You may be required to provide clear photos to help support your claim for warranty. The more information you can provide helps us in determining how the problem happened.

With warranty outside of 7 days you return the item at your expense, we fully inspect the damage upon arrival & upon acceptance we return a new item at our expense back to you.

With warranty outside of 30 days customer is liable for postage cost both ways (no exceptions) while we are liable for the cost of the replacement item should it be deemed warranty.

Upon inspection if we find that the damage is not a manufacturing fault then we will contact you to advise what you require us to do with your cover.

Please note we are not able to provide any warranty if the incident occurred during towing if a boat cover has been purchased. This is simply because we are unable to be there to ensure the item has been safely, properly & securely attached each & every time you or any user may use the cover for this purpose.
