Grading

• Grade 1: This is refurbished Great condition. May have some light cosmetic scratches / scuffs on cases, May have some wear on touchpads keyboards, ( They are used after all! ) No blemishes on screens, Some examples may show no signs of use some may some signs of use. All are Fully Tested using our 21 point tests and stress tested. Covered by 12 months warranty.
• Grade 2: This is refurbished in Good Condition, They show heavier signs of use so expect more cosmetic fatigue than grade 1, Dents, Light scratches, Light screen blemishes. However all components and software is of the same quality as grade 1. All are Fully Tested using our 21 point tests and stress tested. Covered by 12 months warranty.
• Grade 3: This is refurbished in Good Condition, They show heavier signs of use so expect more cosmetic fatigue than grade 2, Heavy Dents, Heavy scratches, Screen blemishes. However all components and software is of the same quality as grade 1. All are Fully Tested using our 21 point tests and stress tested. Covered by 12 months warranty.

12 Month Return to Base (RTB) Hardware Warranty

Our free 12 month warranty is included with every laptop and desktop purchase and is a Return To Base warranty. This means the customer must return the item to us for repair.

Giga-refurb will be liable for parts, labour and returning the product to the customer.

The RTB warranty covers non-consumable hardware only and does NOT cover accidental damage.

The RTB warranty does not cover damaged Goods, tampered goods, software including operating system errors and accidental damage.

Batteries are classed as a consumable and are not covered by the warranty. We only guarantee that the battery does not arrive dead and lasts a minimum of 30 minutes on it's first use

If a product is returned to us under warranty and the cause of the problem is deemed to be accidental or the product has been tampered with, we will charge for parts, labour and return postage. The customer will always be notified if this is the case before any repairs are made.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Service for mainland UK addresses: DPD Next Day (Tracked) with dispatch after 1 business day. Please allow 1 business day from payment for your order to be received and dispatched

Delivery Service for offshore UK and EU addresses: DPD Next Day (Tracked) to the eBay Global Shipping Centre with dispatch after 1 business day and then the delivery is fulfilled by the eBay Global Shipping Programme. Delivery may take 2 to 5 days and customers should contact eBay regarding delivery once the item has been posted to their shipping centre.

• Order Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 1 business day of payment as per our estimated dispatch times. This is a realistic estimate based on past performance and we aim to achieve this on over 98% of orders.
• Delivery Address: All items will be delivered to the buyers confimed eBay/PayPal postal address, without exception. Requests to change delivery address after purchasing may or may not be adhered to due to the non standard nature of the request.
• Collections: Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please give a minimum of 3 hours notice by eBay messaging or telephone if you wish to collect. Delivery within the UK is free so no discounts will be given to customers opt to collect.

Returns Policy

All desktops and laptops unless mentioned in the listing are covered by our free 12 months RTB warranty. Monitors and other hardware are covered by our free 3 month RTB warranty unless stated otherwise in the listing. In the unlikely event where you are not happy with your purchase please contact us immediately and we will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee: If you have changed your mind after purchasing, returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of sale The buyer is responsible for the return of the item to us in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deduct the original cost of postage when issuing a refund..

All returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be received in their original packaging.

If you're returning a product under warranty, we will either repair or replace the item, whichever is applicable.
